SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Catalpa Lane Farm, LLC strives to ship all orders in a timely manner while balancing cost and shipping times. Most candle orders are shipped by USPS. Larger candle orders are shipped by UPS.
All meat orders are shipped by UPS on dry ice. These shipping times are no more than three days. To be certain that shipments do not sit over the weekend at the shipping facilities meat orders are only shipped on Monday or Tuesday of each week. We are currently shipping meat east of the Mississippi River. All shipping for meat orders is calculated for each customer to provide the best shipping rates. Beef Jerky and shelf stable beef sticks can be shipped through normal means without dry ice.
When expecting your meat delivery be sure to unpack the order as soon as it arrives. The dry ice is most likely going to have completely sublimated (evaporated) prior to arrival. If dry ice does remain be certain NOT to touch the dry ice with bare skin. Dry ice can cause frostbite on touch. There may be some thawing but all meat should be cold when it arrives. If the meat is not cold upon arrival contact us immediately.
Please allow for one to two days for order processing, not including weekends or holidays. If you have special shipping requests or needs please let us know prior to placing your order. We will attempt to accommodate all reasonable requests. Local pickup options can be arranged. For local pick up please contact us prior to placing your order.
Returns will only be madeon items that are defective. Defective items will be exchanged for another similar item or for a store credit. All returns are at the discretion and approval of Catalpa Lane Farm, LLC. Returns must be authorized by Catalpa Lane Farm, LLC before a product is returned. Pre-paid return shipping is at the discretion of Catalpa Lane Farm, LLC.
