All of our products are butchered under USDA inspection.  Our products are then vacuum sealed and flash frozen to provide you with a product that has the best quality.


To accomplish this we create our own feed without use growth hormones.  We treat all of our animals with the best care and compassion. Our focus from the first day a calf is born is to provide you with a dining experience that you will strive to duplicate.

Why Wagyu

Wagyu Beef is our specialty. Pennsylvania Wagyu is a small family farm focused on raising and providing our customers with the highest quality beef. We only raise DNA verified, 100% Full Blood Wagyu through humane, sustainable farming. All of our cattle are produced without using hormones or steroids. Once only available at luxury restaurants and steak houses, you now can experience this exquisite Wagyu dining experience in your home.


Wagyu is noted for its unique marbling. The distinctive mabling is a fine texture intermuscular fat that gives it’s buttery texture and explosive taste. Wagyu’s taste comes from higher levels of monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) which melt at a lower temperature. This providesthe tenderness, flavor, and juiciness for which Wagyu renown.


Wagyu is also a healthy alternative to American Beef. Higher proportions of MUFA mean a reduced effect on total cholesterol.  They are heart healthy dietary fat because they can lower low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol while increasing high-density lipoprotein (HDL).  Clinical trials have indicated that highly marbled beef does not increase LDL cholesterol.(  


Among Wagyu cattle there are three categories:

We only certify the highest quality Wagyu beef as Wagulicious. This is possible through genetics, diet, and environment. We start with the best genetics from DNA verified Full Blood Wagyu that are selected for their superior marbling. A cattle nutritionist develops all feed rations and makes dietary decisions, producing the best beef without ever using growth hormones or steroids. We use rotating, small open-air pastures and finishing yards. This allows us to be hands on with all of our cattle everyday. Our strategy creates beef that elevates your entire dining experience. When you see the Wagulicious label you can be certain that you are getting what you pay for.  Make sure you get the best!


Selecting Wagulicious beef ensures you will avoid an inferior product.  Terms such as “American Wagyu”, “American Kobe”, or “Kobe Style” are few terms used to describe less than Full Blood Wagyu.  These terms represent Pure Blood, Wagyu Cross, and other products that rarely mean full blood. We believe these products do not measure up to the taste, texture, or experience of Wagulicious beef.

Good Fat Candles are created from a proprietary blend of natural beef tallow and beeswax. We only use fragrances that allow our candles to be exempt from California Proposition 65 Warning (Chemicals that cause Cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm).
